Day Five

Another fun day with new experiences and new adventures.

We saw some of the textile exhibits today but our main event was a cooking class at E Cucina. Our teacher, Chef Luca Fasoli, was excellent!

Appetizer:

First Course:

Everyone made their own pasta. 








We also made tortellini using the same pasta.







Final dish.


Second course: lamb with artichoke, a very Roman combination.

 After a very enjoyable class and meal we took a group photo.


The evening walk home was lovely.

Verona this evening.
Tomorrow we will visit more exhibit and have a Shibori class in the afternoon.
